Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking to hire a Program Manager on our Fargo, ND, campus to actively engage with youth and their families, lead a team of professionals, and ensure we are meeting the needs and goals of the children in our care.
The Program Manager leads the residential team and is responsible for implementing and maintaining programs and procedures that provide excellent outcomes for children and their families. They support and carry out the strategic goals of the organization, ensure the overall quality of the program, and maintain all licensing requirements. This is typically a Monday-Friday position, but hours vary based on residential needs and staffing.
Leadership and Vision:
- Strategic Oversight: Promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and purpose by modeling the Ranch’s mission and values in every decision and interaction.
- Team Building: Actively identify and nurture emerging talent within the residential team to meet the organization’s current and future needs.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Regulatory Standards: Ensure all programs and staff adhere to state, federal, and accreditation standards, maintaining the highest quality of care and safety for youth and staff.
- Program Evaluation: Evaluate program outcomes to drive continuous improvement, ensuring that services evolve to meet the needs of children and their families.
Operational Excellence:
- Resource Management: Oversee efficient allocation of resources, ensuring optimal staffing and use of facilities to meet the needs of the children and staff.
- Crisis Management: Provide decisive leadership during crisis situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of youth and staff while following established procedures.

- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate across teams to create integrated service delivery and foster a unified approach to client care.

Qualifications:

Salary: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 with option for on-demand daily pay.
