Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, priced, and fully stocked for a positive shopping experience.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding service to enhance the customer experience.
- Responsible for providing leadership support when the manager and assistant manager are off-site and conducting opening/closing of the store when needed.
- Work closely with other team members and communicate clearly with the store management when needed.
- Responsible for assisting with on-site facility and employee safety and security.
- Understands and communicates the relationship between the Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch mission and Thrift Stores/Warehouses.
Job Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Available to work retail store hours (9 a.m. - 7 p.m.), including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.
