We are currently recruiting for a new and exciting role at Dakota County Lumber as a Window, Door, and Housewrap Installer to join our team.

• Lead/Assist in window, door, and housewrap installation working comfortably and safely off ladders, scaffolding and roof decks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40-50 per week

Work Location: In person, various sites across Twin Cities

Requirements:

This position is mostly outside, year-round, so please consider that before applying. Physical demands include regularly lifting 50 pounds and frequently up to 100 pounds. Basic construction knowledge and carpentry skills a plus, however if you are willing to learn the trade, we will train you. Experience in the construction field and knowledge of building materials preferred. Must be a self-starter, detail-orientated and able to work independently as well as with a team. Customer service focus (able to take care of customers with a great attitude). Must have a valid driver’s license, pass DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and background checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
