Job Title: Office / Finance Manager 
Position Location: Cape Cod / Martha’s Vineyard / Flex Hybrid
Approx. Length of Position: Direct hire
Degree Required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Architecture or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
The Business Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that all business aspects are running smoothly to support the architectural team. This individual will be responsible for financial management, human resources, client relations, and general office operations. The goal is to enable the firm to run efficiently, improve business performance, and support the growth of the company.
Requirements:
• 10 years of professional experience in a finance, business manager or operations type role. 3-5 years of experience in business management or office administration, ideally within an architecture or design-related firm. 
• Five key areas of responsibilities: Financial Management, Project and Client coordination, HR and Team Management, Office Administration & Operations, Marketing & Business Development.
• Excellent project management and administrative capabilities
• Ability to independently and collaboratively work through all phases of a project
• Experience managing staff, multiple clients, contractors, and collaborators simultaneously
• Be able to adapt to the dynamic needs of the firm and its clients
• Hybrid flex work schedule

Technical / Software skills:
• Proficiency with accounting, CRM and Project Management software such as Deltek, Quickbooks, Bluebeam, Procore, etc.
• Familiarity with design or architecture software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is a plus but not required.

Salary : $90 - $115
