The Regional Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensaries and staff and will report to the COO. 3-5 years of prior management experience is required. The Regional Retail Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Must have transportation to our Brandon facility.
Must be 21 and have high school diploma or completed GED.
Must clear a state approved background check.

The Regional Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensaries and staff and will report to the COO. 3-5 years of prior management experience is required. The Regional Retail Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Ensuring all employees are performing job duties efficiently and effectively
- Managing and receiving product inventory transfers
- Ensuring all compliance protocols are followed daily by employees and proper documentation is completed and filed for safekeeping
- Providing upper management with sales forecasts to help keep proper inventory levels at the dispensary
- Sales and performance tracking of employees for upper management reporting
- Overseeing dispensary managers as their direct report
- Developing training programs and deploying to dispensary staff (compliance, sales, etc.)
- Coordinating with dispensary managers on forecasting and inventory stocking needs
- Maintaining internal support for online POS software for dispensaries
- Reporting dispensary analytics to upper management
- Helping to decide deals, specials, drops, special events for dispensaries and help coordinate those
- 20% travel is required
- Fulfillment of all other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor and/or upper management
