Night Lead Dispatch er :

Responsibilities :
Develop a strong, working collaboration with company drivers
Develop and coordinate nightly routes
Adjust any last minute changes to driving schedules, emergency pick-ups or delivery
Answer incoming phone calls / emails and respond promptly
Responsible for driver logs / paperwork / working hours...etc
Qualifications :
High School Graduate or equivalent
Ideally previous dispatch experience preferred, not required
Able to work night shift, consisting of 4 nights on / 4 nights off (6pm-6Am)- Required
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
