What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Help position at Dakota Red Corporation?
SUMMARY: Under direct supervision of the Location Manager, the primary duty of the position includes general maintenance and upkeep of the location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- · Maintain a culture of safety.
- · General lawn maintenance, weed control, and tree trimming.
- · Upkeep of the yard and display areas.
- · Special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license.
- Operational understanding of small hand tools.
- Comfortability around lawn equipment
- Ability to work independently.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Occasional lifting of products ranging up to 100 pounds in weight. Requires good vision and visual perspective including colors and shapes. Also requires
walking, standing, reaching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and grasping physical activities. Position involves some exposure to seasonal Midwest weather conditions.
SCHEDULE: This is a seasonal position typically from June through August. Flexible schedule between 7:30am to 4:30pm.
