Are you passionate about elevating online education? Dakota State University is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to collaborate with faculty in enhancing online courses – particularly the courses offered through the Governors Cyber Academy for dual credit students.This role is focused on refining and improving existing courses to ensure they meet best practices for online teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with faculty to review and enhance current online courses, focusing on integrating innovative teaching strategies and ensuring alignment with best practices.
Apply instructional design principles to develop engaging and effective learning materials tailored to dual-credit programs.
Train and support faculty in implementing instructional technologies and pedagogical improvements.
Stay at the forefront of trends in instructional design and educational technology, sharing insights and recommendations with faculty teams.

Qualifications :
A graduate certification in instructional design or a master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
This is an on-campus position; because this role involves close collaboration and partnership with faculty, working in person is essential.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
