In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical engineering projects, managing a team of engineers, and supporting the Electrical Principal in business development and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hyperscale data centers, advanced technology, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to support their professional development.
- Oversee the design and implementation of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Support the Electrical Principal in business development efforts, including proposal writing, client meetings, and maintaining client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for advanced technology and facility manufacturing projects.
- Utilize in-depth Revit experience to create and review electrical design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and industry standards in all electrical engineering projects.
- Professional engineering license in electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of electrical engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in hyperscale data centers, advanced technology, or advanced manufacturing facility projects.
- Proven track record in team management and leadership.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- In-depth Revit experience for electrical design documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Principal to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Review and approve electrical design documentation using Revit.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for advanced technology projects.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
