The Superintendent offers project oversight, fostering relationships with owners and architects during the project's lifespan. They assess project performance, site conditions, adherence to safety and quality standards, scope compliance, and the efficient management of trade partners. Additionally, they ensure that constructability reviews, logistics plans, and baseline schedules meet the requirements for project turnover.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day job site activities across the data center space.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and work alongside the PM to manage phases of the construction process.
- Implement and maintain the project baseline schedule.
- Conduct subcontractor and site management throughout the project.
Requirements
- 4 years data center or semiconductor construction experience
- Electrical or Mechanical skill set
- Strong leadership abilities and development skills.
Salary : $145,000 - $185,000
