Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks
- Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment among project team members
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred
- Hold regular meetings with the project team to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to address any project-related issues or concerns
- Monitor and track project progress, updating stakeholders on any changes or developments
- Maintain a focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion in all project-related decisions and interactions
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
