Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Lead / Estimator to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop estimates for various contract types, including lump sum, CM, design-build, EPC, and data center projects.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and organize data with unit pricing.
- Solicit, review, and evaluate bids and quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Write detailed scopes of work and assist with procurement processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop schedules and ensure project readiness.
- Mentor and guide junior estimators, fostering professional development.
