In this position, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of projects. You will have a proven track record as a leader managing multiple large and complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for increasing project profitability from the initial profit margin.
- To monitor the progress and identify early issues during budget and cost reviews.
- Responsible for contractual requirements, trade partner agreements and risk management.
- Oversee general work performance and team progress against project plans.
Qualifications
- 6 years data center project experience.
- Experienced in various contracting methods, including GMP, lump sum and cost-plus construction management, and fee-based construction.
- Team leader with excellent communication skills.
Salary : $185,000 - $240,000
