Objective
To effectively and efficiently provide the highest level of service and response to clients by paying attention to detail, working closely with a team, and remaining knowledgeable in the field to provide the best level of service.
Description
The Enhancement Crew will work on a team using a variety of landscape tools and equipment to enhance the landscape of our clients properties.
Responsibilities
Assist in loading equipment for daily jobs.
Utilize pruning and trimming equipment to maintain trees and shrubs. Install mulch and pine needles.
Trimming/ blowing/ planting/ weeding/ and other landscape detail work as needed.
Haul and/or spread topsoil/dirt with the proper tools.
Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs.
Use hand equipment with mechanized moving blades such as gas powered shears.
Use manual hand tools such as shovels, rakes, picks and wheelbarrows.
Move soil, equipment, and materials.
Operate landscaping power equipment, mowers, trimmers and blowers.

Minimum Qualifications & Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years related industry experience
Spanish language a plus
Knowledge of computer applications.
Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in a wide range of climatic conditions including extremes of heat and cold.
Must be able to lift and carry objects 50 to 90 pounds.
Must have a current driver’s license and driving record that meets established requirements.
Ability to drive a truck with a trailer.
Ability to maintain and personify our core values - positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed.
Must be 23 or older for insurance purposes.
Be able to pass a drug test and background check.
