- You understand the intricacies of immigration services and can confidently guide clients through initial conversations.
- You are organized, professional, and thrive in client-facing roles.
- Answer and manage incoming calls from potential clients.
- Conduct initial intake calls – gather relevant details about client cases with empathy and precision.
- Schedule consultations with the sales team based on intake insights.
- Serve as the firm's frontline representative, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
- Work remotely in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
