Responsibilities
- Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Perform caulking and plastering tasks with precision for a professional finish.
- Carry out frame carpentry duties, including constructing and installing frameworks for walls and ceilings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, countertops, and lighting according to design plans.
- Conduct water damage restoration activities as needed, ensuring properties are restored effectively.
- Oversee flooring installation processes, including tile, hardwood, or carpet laying.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields.
- Proficiency in caulking, plastering, frame carpentry, blueprint reading, and fixture installation.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with flooring installation methods is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
