Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hrs./week). This position will work closely with our management team, supporting various initiatives that will stimulate our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage and grow online presence, through avenues such as LinkedIn by creating content and engaging with the community.
- Create, facilitate, and coordinate company media content or compile such content through various channels
- Analyze trends to help in developing new strategies
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, and promotional content as required.
- Assist with the development of templates to be used for marketing efforts.
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Collaborate with the management team on various projects and initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years marketing or communications experience
- Must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AI content creation or graphic design is a plus
