- Bachelor’s degree and / or 5 years of experience in recruitment and / or sales environment.

Normal working hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an hour for lunch. Hours may vary according to the agency’s needs. This position is exempt and does not receive overtime pay. Travel to the various contracts may be required. Position works in an office setting and has up to 80% remote work-from-home flexibility.

The Recruiter position holds primary responsibility to manage the full cycle of recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates in collaboration with the hiring manager and other stakeholders; to include but not limited to networking, marketing and public relations activities directly related to finding qualified applicants for AbilityOne positions, and non-AbilityOne positions.
AGENCY RESPONSBILITIES :
Must have knowledge of Dale Rogers Training Center’s Licenses and AccreditationsMust be familiar with all policies / procedures and organizational structure of the agencyMust be familiar with all agency safety and emergency proceduresESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
