What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service position at Dale's Tow Service?
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative/dispatcher. Mon, Wed, Fri and every Saturday. MUST BE RELIABLE. A customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. MUST be patient, self-motivated, empathetic at times, knowledgeable of the KC metro, dependable and passionately communicative.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Vehicle impound release's
- Problem Solving
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Dispatch trucks around the metro
- Data entry/filing/clerical
- Light office cleaning at the end of shift
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Work Location: In person
Salary : $15 - $17
