Position: Data Entry Specialist
Location: On-site 2x/week in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Pay: $20/hr W2
Overview:
A client of DWS currently has an excellent opportunity for a Data Coordinator in the Wheeling, WV.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor and enter experience data from a variety of sources. Perform data entry and verification of experience data in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administer lawyer assignments in our experience systems to ensure that lawyer updates are reviewed in a timely manner. Review assignment queues and distribute assignment email monthly. Support and train lawyers on our process. Send immediate requests for updates as required to follow up on deal closings and matter events.
- Contact firm lawyers and marketing teams to verify and request additional information. Research firm experience using a variety of firm systems and external tools.
- Conduct searches on experience data in response to lawyer, marketing, and other requests. Serve as an ambassador for our systems to help others search and more effectively leverage the data.
- Design, run and distribute reports, saved searches and other data downloads.
- Maintain proposal and export templates and perform other basic system administration and technical tasks.
- Support our marketing teams in using Foundation to generate pitches, proposals, and other sales and marketing efforts.
- Assist with other experience or Knowledge Management tasks and projects as needed and requested.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree, or currently working to fulfill requirements to receive Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
- Strong detail orientation and ability to independently review and verify data entry required.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-service focused team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional attention to detail required.
