Summary

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager and Scrum Master to join our Supply Chain Digital Team at Client, a leading global biotechnology company. You will be responsible for leading and delivering digital projects that enhance the efficiency, quality, and agility of our supply chain operations. You will also facilitate the agile development process and ensure the alignment of the team's goals, priorities, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from initiation to closure, using agile methodologies and tools.

Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, in collaboration with the stakeholders and the team.

Create and maintain the project plan, budget, schedule, and risk register, and communicate the project status and progress to the stakeholders and the team.

Coordinate and facilitate the scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

Coach and mentor the team on agile principles and practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Remove impediments and resolve conflicts that may affect the team's performance and delivery.

Ensure the quality and compliance of the project deliverables, and adhere to the company's policies and standards.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Familiarity with Digital and Data Science domain principles, including app development, AI, GenAI, SDLC methodology, etc

Experience using project management tools, including Jira, SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, etc.

Proven track record of delivering complex and high-impact digital projects, using agile methodologies and tools.

Strong knowledge of the supply chain processes and systems, and the ability to understand the business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for digital innovation.

Preferred :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
