We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join a Fortune 500 company in Woburn, MA. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions such as automation or workflow enhancements.

- Collaborate with finance teams to map out current workflows and document process improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing finance-related projects, including drafting project charters and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Partner with process owners to provide training on new procedures and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in process improvement, finance operations, or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
