Client Service Reporting Analyst - Investment Management - Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for a Client Service Reporting Analyst position with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will be part of their Questionnaires Team focusing on firm and product content. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of investment writing, RFP, or RFI experience in the investment industry.
This is a 3 month contract position that will pay $39-40/hr within a 40-hour work week. This position is required to be onsite 3 days per week in their Boston office.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates for a Client Service Reporting Analyst position with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will be part of their Questionnaires Team focusing on firm and product content. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of investment writing, RFP, or RFI experience in the investment industry.

Responsibilities:
- Write, coordinate, edit, and proofread questionnaires for fixed income, equity, and/or multi-asset strategies, collaborating with subject matter experts across the firm.
- Utilize Excel-based internal applications to generate reports and data.
- Develop expertise in assigned investment strategies to craft and refine questionnaire responses.
- Partner with Investment Products & Fund Strategies teams to create, edit, and enhance product-specific questionnaire content, including developing new text for products and improving existing content.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product content in Qvidian (the internal content library).
- Support peak periods by managing overflow work, including ad hoc requests, client reporting, and data inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- 3–5 years of RFP/writing experience in the investment industry.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment products, with expertise in fixed income or equity asset classes. Progress toward an MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Exceptional writing, quantitative, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Qvidian is highly desirable.
- Ability to independently manage multiple assignments, delivering high-quality work within strict deadlines.
Salary : $39 - $40
