- Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Construction Management or a related field, PMP Certification a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in Construction and Construction Project Management
- Strong Experience managing subcontractors
- Expertise in Job Costing and Project estimating, able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Excellent Technical Skills including MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Project Management Software
- Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills
- The Ability/Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada
