A well-known medical device company located in Plymouth Meeting PA is looking to bring on a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead efforts for some of their best-selling products. Reporting directly to the President, you will work with internal teams and external partners to foster growth and expand the product portfolio. We are seeking experienced Sales and Marketing candidates with 10 years of experience, specifically within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
This opportunity will offer a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite), will pay up to $195,000 annually a strong bonus!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
- Lead initiatives to expand the product portfolio, identifying opportunities to leverage existing resources and capabilities
- Create and manage detailed product marketing plans, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, gross margin analysis, and sales forecasting
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to craft and execute promotional strategies, including digital and social media efforts
- Ensure targeted messaging aligned with state licenses for pharmaceutical products
- Work closely with Research & Development to align product development with market demands and customer needs
- Collaborate with Quality Systems and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance and secure necessary approvals
- Drive medical business contributions to the overall company’s profit and loss performance
- Manage supplier and channel partner relationships to optimize distribution and create effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
- Occasional travel for tradeshows and dealer events may be required
- BA/BS degree
- 10-15 years of Sales/Marketing experience within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Must have strong technical skills; Microsoft Office
- 3 days onsite occasional travel
