This person will lead product and marketing initiatives for the drug and medical device portfolio, with a focus on expanding market presence through close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans that drive sales globally.

This person will lead product and marketing initiatives for the drug and medical device portfolio, with a focus on expanding market presence through close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans that drive sales globally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve North American revenue and contribution targets
- Lead portfolio expansion initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage existing capabilities
- Create and manage detailed product marketing plans, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, gross margin and forecasting modeling
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to develop and execute promotional strategies including digital and social
- Partner with Research & Development to align product development with market needs.
- Coordinate Operations to ensure supply chain efficiency and product availability
- Interface with Quality Systems and Regulatory teams to maintain compliance and achieve necessary approvals
- Manage relationships with suppliers and channel partners to optimize distribution networks, and create marketing and sales strategies to increase sales
- Create and monitor KPI’s and sales forecasts.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Travel for tradeshows and dealer events may be required.
- 10-15 years of sales experience
- Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong technical skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory processes as it relates to Sales and Marketing
