We are seeking a Finance Process Analyst to join a Fortune 500 company in Burlington, MA. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess current finance processes, identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Work with process owners and subject matter experts to document workflows.
- Measure and report on process performance, ensuring alignment with Global Finance Transformation goals.
- Propose process enhancements, including workflow adjustments, automation, and best practices.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring process improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and track changes.
- Support project leads with planning, execution, and development of project charters.
- Provide training and support on new processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in process improvement or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent process mapping and modeling abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making approach.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.
