Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Manage day-to-day fund accounting functions for multiple investment funds, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of NAV, portfolio valuations, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and review financial statements for the funds, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax filings, including preparing working papers and supporting documentation for external auditors and tax specialists.
- Previous experience in public accounting/audit with a focus on PE/VC or financial services clients is highly preferred.
- Private industry fund accounting experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
