Junior Corporate Staff Accountant

We are currently seeking candidates for a Junior Corporate Staff Accountant at a telecommunications co. with a location in Burlington, MA, 01803. The ideal candidate will have intern experience(s) and/or up to 1 year of related experience.

This is a temporary role (est. 6 months) with an opportunity of becoming permanent

$23.00 per hour within a 40-hour work week

On-site three days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the quality and integrity of the vendor database
• Modify vendor records
• Onboard new vendors and the ongoing support of existing vendors
• Project set-up and tracking
• Process purchase orders
• Coordinate document and data uploads
• Assist with month-end procedures and audits
• Provide extremely high levels of customer service, internally and externally
• Work closely with different departments within the organization
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year(s) of similar experience (recent intern experience suffices)
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel strongly preferred
