Procurement Manager - Real Estate

A well-established real estate investment firm, located in Fort Worth, is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join their team as a Procurement Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the procurement team at the firm and ensure all operations within the team run smoothly. This is an in-office opportunity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading the procurement team, while taking ownership of priority projects
• Actively work on procurement projects
• Solicit and award bids
• Escort vendors and hold them accountable
• Prioritize and assign procurement activities
• Ensure all company procurement needs are tracked
• Provide weekly procurement updates
• Ensure the procurement team is working efficiently
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in procurement of products and services
• Experience in a supervisory/managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or Supply Management is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
