Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly financial data (IBNR/IBNP-Provider payables) and reconcile accruals.
- Provide insights into financial performance and variances.
- Produce monthly business reviews for each payor and business unit, highlighting KPIs.
- Document and analyze gross margin results and variances to budget.
- Develop and track financial metrics to assess performance.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Support the monthly reforecast and coordinate the annual budgeting process.
- Automate data extraction and reporting processes.
- Create scenario models and assess payor/service implementation plans.
- Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Experience with SQL and/or data automation.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
