Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Miami, FL)

Salary: $110k - $130k annually

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making. The role involves producing financial reports, developing forecasting models, and collaborating with teams to drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing complex data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly financial data (IBNR/IBNP-Provider payables) and reconcile accruals.
• Provide insights into financial performance and variances.
• Produce monthly business reviews for each payor and business unit, highlighting KPIs.
• Document and analyze gross margin results and variances to budget.
• Develop and track financial metrics to assess performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support the monthly reforecast and coordinate the annual budgeting process.
• Automate data extraction and reporting processes.
• Create scenario models and assess payor/service implementation plans.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Experience with SQL and/or data automation.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
