Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are currently seeking candidates for a Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity with a highly successful and growing organization located in Tewksbury, MA. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive full-cycle talent acquisition processes for a variety of positions across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience. Previous agency experience is a plus, but is not required.
This is a 6-12 month contract-to-hire position, paying between $40-$50/hour (depending on experience). This position offers a hybrid work model, onsite 3 days/week.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and internal referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, assist in creating job descriptions, and develop tailored sourcing and selection strategies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and overall alignment with the organization.
- Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and manage the candidate experience through the offer acceptance process.
- Maintain and update candidate information within the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking of applicants and effective management of talent pipelines.
- Represent and promote the organization’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workforce by ensuring diverse candidate pipelines and fostering an inclusive hiring process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the talent acquisition process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall candidate experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a preference for candidates who have agency experience.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and securing candidates for a wide range of roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to manage multiple talent acquisition projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach to candidate engagement and sourcing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
