Tax Partner - High Net Worth
This is a unique opportunity for a senior level High Net Worth Tax professional looking to acquire their own book of business. Our client has a partner retiring. Our client is looking to pass the retiring partner's entire book of business to a new Tax Partner who has significant experience in Ultra High Net Worth tax. THIS IS A RARE SITUATION! There is no selling. You do not need to build a book. You will have 1 year of transition with the existing tax partner out and for that book of business to pass to you.. - Personal, fiduciary, foundation, gift and estate Tax compliance and consulting.
- Navigate the complexities of each of their individual tax strategies, challenges and provide solutions.
- Manage, develop and grow a team.
- Act as a High Net Worth Tax Subject Matter Expert
- CPA
- High Net Worth Tax experience 10 years
- Engagement management experience
- Experience interfacing with High Net Worth Individuals and Families
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal & written
- Ability to manage, grow and mentor a team
- Must be a Leader
- Compensation $400.0K (based on experience) plus bonus plus exceptional benefits.
Salary : $400,000
