We are seeking candidates for a Trade Operations Analysts to join a global asset management firm based in Downtown Boston, MA (02110). The Trade Operations Analyst will provide back-office operational support for daily mutual fund investment and trading activities. This role involves trade processing, reconciliations, and cash management while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in trade execution.
This is a 6-month contract position that will pay $24/hr within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 3 days/week in their Boston office.

Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve trade discrepancies by coordinating with brokers and custodian banks.
- Process trade instructions, amendments, and wire transfers for investment activity.
- Reconcile trade activities, cash transactions, and asset positions.
- Settle trades and foreign exchange transactions.
- Investigate and report variances or incorrect holdings.
- Prepare and analyze daily/monthly client reports and portfolio asset summaries.
- Monitor cash flows, expenses, collateral holdings, and income receivables.
- Utilize Bloomberg and other financial tools to identify and resolve portfolio discrepancies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Internship(s) or up to 1 year of experience in financial services or asset management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
