Trade Reporting Analyst
We are searching for a Trade Reporting Analyst to join a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Trade Reporting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of all of the data associated with the organization’s trade and position reporting to European and Australian Securities and Exchange regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of related trade reporting and securities trade operations experience in financial services or investment management industry.
This is a 6 month contract role, paying between $33-$40/hour (depending on experience).
Responsibilities:

The Trade Reporting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of all of the data associated with the organization’s trade and position reporting to European and Australian Securities and Exchange regulatory authorities. Responsibilities:
- Perform timely submission of daily securities trade and position files to various international regulatory authorities
- Partner with internal teams to implement regulatory reporting enhancements
- Ensure that the organization continues to meet its reporting requirements and maintains compliance
- Communicate with brokers and reporting application vendors to promote and protect trade matching and proper transaction reporting principles and processes
- Maintain strong understanding of various regulatory reporting requirements and regulatory reports, including MFIR, EMIR, SFTR, ASIC, UNAVISTA, and DTCC.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support process improvement efforts
- Works with within the Global Investment Support Group to troubleshoot and mitigate potential problems
- Support special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, math, or related field
- 3 years of related trade reporting, trade matching, or trade operations experience in investment management industry
- Experience with regulatory reporting, securities trade flow, and various security types, including derivatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Great communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Salary : $33 - $40
