Valuation Associate/Manager (Hybrid)
A fast-expanding private equity fund administrator in Boston is looking to add a Valuations Associate and a Valuations Manager to their team! Candidates for the Associate role should have 2-4 years of experience in Private Equity Valuations (either in public or private industry), while those applying for the Manager position should have 5-10 years of relevant experience. These are hybrid roles with competitive compensation packages (base bonus).

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Collaborate with the fund reporting team to analyze independent fair value inputs and their impact on the monthly portfolio valuation within the Fund’s NAV.
- Prepare in-depth valuation reports, presentations, and memos for internal stakeholders, investors, auditors, and portfolio company management.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual valuation updates for fund reporting.
- Review period-end portfolio NAV and SEC reporting.
- Develop and manage the Fund’s long-term valuation strategy.
- Assist in tracking portfolio company performance, identifying key value drivers, and providing insights to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
- Maintain and refine valuation models and methodologies in line with market trends and industry best practices.
- Associate Level: 2-4 years of PE Valuations experience (public or private industry).
- Manager Level: 5-10 years of PE Valuations experience (public or private industry).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA, CPA, or CFO preferred.
- Must be open to a hybrid schedule in Boston.
