Building Engineer - Downtown Boston
Our client, a prominent real estate firm, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Engineer for one of their commercial properties located in downtown Boston. Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
What Youll Do :
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Use software to address tenant requests and enhance overall comfort.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance tasks are executed effectively.
- Supervise vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in managing capital projects, ensuring they meet building regulations.
- Lead emergency response training and enforce safety procedures.
- Keep accurate records of building information and systems.
