Dalfen Industrial is looking for an Associate to join its growing Capital Markets team. The Associate will provide support to the Capital Markets team on all financing and joint venture structuring activities, such as assisting in the sourcing of debt and equity capital for the firm various funds and separate accounts. This position will be based in the Dallas head office and will report to the Chief Investment Officer.
Responsibilities
- Prepare analysis and offering materials for equity and debt sourcing, including research, financial modeling, market and property analysis and drafting of executive summaries
- Manage the due diligence process and play a key role in the marketing and closing process
- Prepare and maintain financial models and projections for assets or portfolios in each transaction
- Assist in evaluating different financing or partnership alternatives by putting together detailed bid matrix and calculations
- Monitor the firm’s debt portfolio and maintain various dashboards and trackers to ensure consistent compliance with loan covenants
- Participate in weekly calls with banks, debt funds and joint venture partners
- Manage a database of existing and prospective debt and equity capital partners
