Position Summary
This position will be responsible for managing global mobility facilitation and overall data analytics within the People Operations Pillar. This role will collaborate with external partners, ensuring compliance in local jurisdictions, providing support to employees during international assignments and relocations. In addition, this role will lead the collection and analysis of survey, benefits and compensation related data.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Would Include a Combination Of The Following
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $200,000 - $250,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and generous employer match for 401k.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Would Include a Combination Of The Following
- Oversee the end-to-end management of global mobility, including relocation logistics, visa and immigration processes.
- Collaborate with managers to evaluate job descriptions and recommend appropriate salary grades, wage range disclosures, and recommendations for offers and annual increases.
- Assist in the design and implementation of compensation programs, including merit increases, bonus plans, and salary adjustments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Work closely with HR, legal, tax, and finance teams to ensure compliance with international labor laws and tax regulations.
- Collect and analyze HR data, including compensation, performance, retention, and employee engagement metrics.
- Analyze compensation data to assess and maintain internal cohorts, benchmarks, equity and alignment with market standards.
- Stay updated on global mobility trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company’s policies remain competitive and compliant.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
- Experience in global mobility or HR with a focus on international assignments.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Advanced degree or certification in HR or data analytics.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years' experience in global mobility or international HR
- 5 years' experience as an HR Data Analyst, Compensation Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and workforce analytics platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
