Position Summary
As a Project & Operations Intern, you will actively contribute to operational tasks and to project planning, execution, and reporting. Your role will involve diverse responsibilities including organizing stakeholder meetings, conducting data analysis, completing administrative assignments, and supporting various facets of project management and process optimization. As the DFO is an evolving entity, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment and be comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Would Include a Combination Of The Following

This Internship is on hybrid schedule and will be required to be in office in Westport, CT 3 days per week.
Compensation
Compensation for the role includes an hourly wage of $20/hr. This position is eligible for statutory benefits only.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Would Include a Combination Of The Following
- Provide support to experienced team members to deliver medium and large projects for stakeholders across the organization.
- Concurrently manage several small projects from requirements gathering through planning and implementation including regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Support internal stakeholders with project management tool (Monday.com) troubleshooting or setup requests.
- Present on various topics to different stakeholder groups including potentially the entire organization.
- Complete any other tasks as requested by the Pillar head.
- Interest in business operations, process management and project management.
- Strong organizational, logical reasoning, critical thinking, communication, and time management skills. A practical thinker able to logically approach problems and come up with reasonable solutions or escalate them effectively.

- GPA of 3.3
