Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare clear and concise cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and scope.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Review bid documents and specifications for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Lead bid meetings and presentations to clients and stakeholders as needed.
Monitor market trends and material costs to maintain competitive pricing.
Develop and maintain estimating systems and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating within the construction industry, specifically underground utilities.
Strong proficiency in estimating software and tools.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
