JOB SUMMARY :
Ensure guests have a positive experience by providing support over the phone and / or in the ticket booth by enforcing departmental standards and policies. The Customer Service Representative position is eligible for telework, meaning the representative may work from home.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
- Interact courteously with guests in person and / or over the phone
- Assist guests with booking tickets
- Answer general garden questions
- Maintain and enforce basic Dallas Arboretum policies
- Perform other duties, as assigned
