BASIC REQUIREMENT(S) :
Must be a Christian who is a member of a church that holds Jesus Christ to be their Lord and Savior, and who holds solely the Old Testament and the New Testament as sacred Scriptures.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES :
The Audio Production Coordinator will assist the Director of Media Services and other Media Services staff with fulfilling audio-visual needs in offices, classrooms, and event venues with faculty, staff, and administration.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Devoted to Christ
- Must have an understanding of the Mission and Vision of Dallas Baptist University
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must understand live and broadcast audio infrastructure, interfacing, and concepts at a high level (ex. Yamaha, DiGiCo, Behringer, Midas, ProTools, Dante, Waves, etc.)
- Basic video engineering / production skills
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Willing to work flexible hours
RESPONSIBILITIES :
WORK SCHEDULE :
This is a full-time position with regular office hours between 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Evenings and weekends will be required as campus events warrant.
