What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Therapist Evening Shift position at Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital?
We are searching for a licensed Therapist to provide therapy services and other support services for our patients. Serving as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, this Therapist will provide therapeutic group and individual services to patients under DBHH care for specific mental health needs, emotional or substance abuse problems.
Duties include but are not limited to :
Provides therapy in a group and individual setting :
- Develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans in concert with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Demonstrates sound application of Cognitive Behavioral Theory and methodology
- Contributes effectively to discharge planning.
- Plans and prepares for activities.
- Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
Excellent communication, assessment, evaluation, and interpretation skills.
