Our team is seeking a full-time experienced and high-performing commercial banker looking for stability, growth opportunity, and an excellent compensation and benefits package. You will be responsible for business development of new commercial and industrial ("C&I") lending, depository and treasury management clients and effective portfolio management of all C&I clients. You shall appropriately identify, evaluate (with the assistance of the Credit Underwriting team), and recommend approval or denial of C&I lending opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year institution required.
- 5-10 years' experience in client financial services industry, banking, and loan review.
- Credit Risk Certification (CRC) designation is a plus.
- Completion of formal credit training program preferred
- Solid understanding of banking fundamentals, underwriting principles and procedures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ethical behavior
WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT:
HOURS: Onsite; Monday Friday; 8am 5pm; Some variation in work hours
TRAVEL: Local travel regularly; overnight and out of town occasionally; Must have a vehicle and an unexpired Driver's License.
