Seasonal Natural Resources Technician - 3 Seasonal Positions Available Performs diverse tasks associated with maintaining the County's parks, trails, recreation, cultural, historical, and wildlife management areas for the Dallas County Conservation Board. Performs park maintenance and janitorial services to park grounds and facilities; operates and maintains park equipment; may be assigned supervisory responsibilities of other seasonal staff; and other duties as assigned. The work schedule will include weekend hours as assigned. There are three open positions. One position is based out of the south unit at Kuehn Conservation Area near Earlham. Two positions are based out of the north unit at Forest Park Museum near Perry. One position will primarily work as a maintenance technician on the Raccoon River Valley Trail and High Trestle Trail. The other will work as a general maintenance technician for all other areas within the north unit.

Assist visitors with information, and park regulations Open, close and inspect park areas as specified Prepare and post shelters for reservations Park maintenance and janitorial services to shelters and park grounds Operate and maintain maintenance equipment Other duties as assigned
