Job Description
The Training Camp Intern will gain real-world experience in the sports licensed industry with one of the world’s most valuable sports brands. You will be trained on the core merchandising businesses of DCM and support the functions of Retail and Buying. This internship aims to prepare associates for a career in merchandising over a 10-week period. The focus will be on how the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops executes the entire Training Camp process from start to end. The key Training Camp initiatives include inventory preparation, set-up, merchandising, visual guidelines, tear down, and inventory counts. This internship will take place in Frisco, TX for 5 weeks and in Oxnard, CA for 5 weeks.

Area of responsibilities:
-Prep and organize product for Training Camp.
-Execute merchandising standards for the store.
-Assist in the store operations throughout Training Camp.
Qualifications:
-Pursuing a Bachelors in Retail Management, Business Administration, or the like. Expected graduation date August 2025-May 2027.
-Brick-and-mortar Retail experience preferred.
-Basic Office Suite knowledge a plus.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
Physical Job Requirements:
-Standing for long periods, walking and moving around-Lifting and carrying-ability to lift and carry merchandise of varying weights, depending on the product line. -Bending and reaching-reaching for items on high shelves or bending to retrieve items from lower shelves. Other important considerations:-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on role needs. -Physical stamina-the ability to remain active and engaged throughout a shift, especially during busy periods.
