Facilities Maintenance Technician-DCF

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for executing repairs within AT&T Stadium.  The Maintenance Tech reports to the Sr. Maintenance Tech.   Job Duties:   Perform basic maintenance repairs and troubleshoot issues as needed throughout the facility and across numerous trades Coordinate and direct outside contractors as needed to complete projects Able to work in several disciplines including mechanical / plumbing and building materials Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to and execute work order requests in a timely fashion Assist with simple estimates of time, materials, and scope required to insure proper installation and specifications for project   Qualifications:   5 years experience in building maintenance, construction and/or facilities required Able to operate forklift Familiarity with stadium/large venue operations preferred Familiar with Microsoft Office Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Able to lift 50lbs
