SUMMARY: The Dallas Cowboys are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer passionate about sports and technology to join our Football technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, with a deep understanding of various programming languages and frameworks.  This role involves maintaining and developing applications, creating and optimizing SQL queries, and ensuring seamless data integration and synchronization. The Football Technology team works on a variety of applications in support of Coaching, Scouting, Strategic Football Operations and Video.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a SQL Server infrastructure with multiple automated processes Optimize SQL queries and ensure efficient database performance Develop and maintain SQL views, stored procedures, and functions Utilize SQL Server Reporting Services for generating reports Perform data synchronization between 3rd party databases Execute ETL processes to retrieve data from 3rd party APIs Conduct data sanitization and cleanup to ensure data integrity Maintain and enhance VB.NET, C#, and WinForms applications Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and TypeScript Create and manage PowerShell scripts for automation and task management Support existing applications as well as work on new development projects Keep up to date with industry standards and make recommendations about technologies to build current and future products. Own the progression of technology solutions from conception through release and into live ops. Prepare and maintain documentation related to Football systems and processes Ensures solutions are stable, secure, compliant, and documented, in accordance with established IT standards and practices.   REQUIREMENTS: At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Candidates must possess a basic understanding of NFL football rules and gameplay Proficiency in .NET Framework, including VB.NET and C# Extensive knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts Experience with database design, administration, maintenance, performance tuning, and best practices. Familiarity with SSIS and SSRS Experience with PowerShell scripting Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript for front-end development Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Node.js, Python, etc. Experience with common software development tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team This employee will be required to regularly work on-site This position requires the ability to work extended hours and/or weekends
