Dallas Ear Institute is seeking a clinical audiologist to join our team.
The Dallas Ear Institute is a comprehensive medical and surgical practice that is devoted solely to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the ear, skull base, balance system, and facial nerve. We have a professional and caring team consisting of otologists, a physician’s assistant, nurse practitioner, audiologists, audiology externs and audiology assistants. We are currently hiring to plan for the next phase of growth in our clinic and are looking for the right candidate to join our amazing team.
Diagnostic Audiologist
Primary Functions: The Diagnostic Audiologist be responsible for providing services to support our adult and pediatric otology program. Services include: audiometry (conventional, VRA and CPA), immitance measures, OAE, VNG, ECoG, VEMP and ABR (sedated, non-sedated and retrocochlear). The audiologist will collaborate with cochlear implant and dispensing audiologists as needed to ensure patient needs are met. Position will also participate in the supervision of audiology assistants and the coordination/supervision of student externship rotations.
Requirements: Ideal candidate will have experience in a medical setting and a passion for diagnostic audiology. Experience in the assessment of pediatrics and advanced vestibular and electrophysiology testing is preferred. Doctorate degree in audiology required. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Must have and maintain Texas audiology licensure or if out of state be eligible for Texas audiology license.
Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 8AM-4PM, Fridays 8AM-1PM
Compensation is negotiable and dependent upon experience. Benefits package available.
